Product Overview
The customer can access the entire Matthews Medical Database. Medical and health sciences students can now order their text and reference books on-line, choosing from more than 50,000 health science textbook titles.

How It Works
The customer clicks on a book search icon* and can search by title, author, or ISBN. Once the book is located and the customer decides to make a purchase, your WebPRISM database by ISBN for the book. If you have the book in stock, the sale will be transacted from your store as a normal catalog sale and shipped directly from your store using your pricing and shipping chares.
If your store does not have the product in stock, it will be shipped directly from Matthews to the customer. The customer will be given a 4-digit CampusHub confirmation number at the time of purchase, assuming their credit card is approved. The confirmation number allows them to track order progress under “my account” on your website. The customer is informed of all merchandise, tax and shipping charges at the time of purchase prior to finalizing the sale.

Return Policy
Defective books may be returned as long as they are current editions. Please notify Customer Service at (402) 421-0736 or whicks@thecampushub.com within 60 days of receiving defective merchandise and follow their instructions for returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns on all books ordered are allowed, provided that the books are current editions and are in new-resalable condition. No returns will be allowed on books sold as "non-returnable" items. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.

Permission to return/RMA# is not required. To facilitate quick processing and proper credit, clearly mark all cartons as returns and enclose a packing slip detailing the return and account information.

Commissions
Estimated gross margin is 25%-40% on each book. You store receives 100% of the gross margin dollars. As an example, for a $50.00 sale with a 40% gross margin your store would receive $20.00 in commission. ($50.00 x 40% gross margin) x 100% commission = $20.00.
Commission checks will be sent to your store from Campus Hub when it exceeds $50.00. This is evaluated on a monthly basis.

Company Vendor-Matthews Medical Books
